FFL Sneak Peek – LaLei, MOOD

This beautifully embellished gown is one of LaLei’s creations available at Fashion for Life. The gown is available in several colors and includes a train. It’s a very pretty, classic style gown. A simple bun from Elikatira, earrings from MOOD’s Arditezza B&W FFL exclusive ensemble and the new Mirage Glam Silver Cuffette complete the look.

FFL Sneak Peek – Jada Humby Couture

The Najlah outfit by Jada Humby is an adorable casual outfit that can be worn as separates or as an outfit. The outfit is available in several color combinations all of which are as versatile as the brown version. FFL Sneak Peek – Kouse’s Sanctum

A girl just needs a gorgeous gown for those times when she wants to pretend she’s a princess and there’s a prince for her and they go off and live happily ever after. If that’s what I’m going to be, then the Faith Gown by Kouse’s Sanctum is the dress I want to do it in. The gown is a rich purple and is accented by front lace corseting, delicate sleeves and a scarf with trailing ribbons. It’s a gorgeous gown and yet another great way to shop for a worthy cause at the Fashion for Life fair.

FFL Sneak Peek: Riddle, Elikatira, MOOD

The aptly named Spring Has Sprung dress by Riddle is the perfect early spring dress. It’s bright and cheerful and just so cute. Here I’ve paired it with the Move Pumps from Elikatira and the newly released Mirage Glam Ensemble in Noir from MOOD. All available at the Fashion for Life fair which is now open to the public. Ditch the scripts, TP to one of the sims and shop for a really worthwhile cause. I don’t know of anyone whose life has not been affected by cancer in some way or another.

FFL Sneak Peek – MOOD, Elikatira, Vanitas Vesture

Another look in which almost all items are available at the Fashion for Life fair which opens at 12 SLT today. Exclusive to FFL, the Arditezza B&W set is a bold choker, cuff and earrings set that comes with a HUD that allows gold/silver metal change and black/white stone change. It’s a gorgeous set that will go with virtually anything. Hye from Elikatira is one of the donation items and comes in an FFL pack of several shades of each color. The dress from Vanitas Vesture is a beautifully done classic party dress available in a variety of colors. For convenience, I’ve placed a SLurl to the FFL sim the shop is on for each credit.

Lasting from Elikatira is one of the donation items and comes in an FFL pack of several shades of each color. The jumpsuit from Jada Humby Couture can be dressed up or down and is absolutely adorable. MOOD has released the Mirage Glam Ensemble and the Mirage Glam Cuffette in three different colors each. 52 Weeks of Color Challenge – Week 19 – Umber

Oh Umber… I couldn’t find you in my inventory at all. But some of my older items do look like umber, so this week’s color challenge look will be a bit of a blast from the past. I’m sure I’ve said it before, but I still love the Journey Slacks from Armidi so I started with those and paired them with the older Tahiti Sweetie dress from Boom. The dress on its own is sheer, so for modesty I threw on the pearl Di Tube Top from Pink Outfitters. Just a cute casual outfit… that’s kinda umber.

FFL Sneak Peek – Nine Stunning Sims

Arbus

Today the Fashion for Life sims opened to bloggers and the press. These NINE sims are absolutely stunning and are as impressive as the creations they house. Since the theme of the fair is “Beyond Black and White”, the sims are each named after a famous black and white photographer – Arbus, Avedon, Bourke White, Helmut Newton, Irving Penn, Mapplethorpe, Shulman, Stieglitz and Ansel Adams. The sims are all monochrome and it just really makes for an amazing experience. So while you’re shopping at the fair, and likely swimming in the lag that inevitably comes with the opening day of an event like this, take a moment and enjoy your surroundings.

FFL Sneak Peek – LeeZu!

Fashion for Life is SL’s longest-running and most successful fashion fair. All donations go to SL Relay for Life, benefiting the American Cancer Society. The fair begins on March 12 and runs until March 22nd. Spanning NINE sims, the fair features many of SL’s generous creators and there is truly something there for everyone. The theme is “Beyond Black and White” and here I am featuring LeeZu!’s Catch Lily Dress. This black and white dress comes with three different skirt options and a full blouse option. So really, you’re getting three dresses and a top for the price of one. You can find LeeZu! on the Helmut Newton sim starting this Saturday, March 12.

Field of Innocence

At last week’s Fifty Linden Friday, Tiny Bird had two colors as a sneak preview of the Morning After Dress. It is adorable and sexy in a subtle way with a color changing belt. I chose the pink diamond belt and accessorized with the Endless Glam Ensemble from MOOD for the Pure Juice event.
